managed to download this time. electrifying! i did, i do, and i does :)

actually the sound matches my perception of what set 2 (which we missed) of the concert might have been like. anderson said that if set 1 was acoustic and mellow, set 2 would be the "noisy stuff that will make your ears BLEED"!!!!

Have you seen "Blood Simple"? Debut effort by Coen Brothers and my favorite one of theirs.

oh no no, they sound verry good. and i prefer mellow, acoustic anyway :).

we couldnt stay bec the show started really late and our lil monkey A needed us back. also, it was mid-week and K had a very early start the next day. so we left after the first set.

Listening to this track, I realized how much I like pre-1971 Tull more than any other incarnation. The rhythm section is just rocking! And Barre's tone has a liquid psychedelic edge to it that is right up my street.

@k - even I do like acoustic parts, so no problemas...take the "lil monkey" next time...good things shud happen in young days in life ;)
@V - I did nt se Blood simple..from Coen bros I know "where art thou" , "fargo" etc...abt the tull line up as u said..its so true..early 70s and and they had the best line up..
from later days i go gaga for benefit, minstrell, songs from the woods ...

gift and v, met this guy last night who also went to the tull concert here. has heard tull live 4 times now, and thought this time's show was the worst! apparently anderson didnt have his usual band. this guy, a musician himself, insists (very strongly) that "bursting out" in the best tull benchmark to have. thought i'd share.

(gow, lil monkey is being initiated slowly but surely, trust me!!)

@k- I did nt know the lineup of tull played in india :( but last year they were travellin wid the current line up (ian, barre, joyce, gidding, perry) so really no idea :(
bursting out is real good stuff, though I ve personal feelins to "lil light music",mostly an acoustic live..which truly awesome..I ve few other bootlegs too...

I agree with GoW - A Little Light Music works better for me than Bursting Out. But BO remains essential Tull, though less so than the early 5 or 6 studio albums.
